The vacation home "Playa" is located in Puertito de Güimar and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning in all rooms as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to numerous restaurants (including Tasca Larandela, Finca Salamanca, Cofradía de Pescadores and Chibusque), a pharmacy, supermarkets, a yacht club, playgrounds, public transport links and the beach. A parking space is available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras at the entrance, in the garage and in the pool area of the complex. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has light and water-saving features.
