In Rivedoux-Plage, the vacation apartment "Les Iles", facing the ocean, with Fort Boyard and the islands of Aix and Oléron in your sights, will enable you to spend an iodized vacation with family or friends, and discover the charms of the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle! This 35 m² apartment for 3 people, located on the 1st floor, has a separate bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a bright living room with a sofa bed for one person, and offers all the amenities you need for your comfort.
There's also a large, fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, coffeemaker, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with toilet.
Numerous amenities complete the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan in each room, Bluetooth speaker, etc.).
The highlight of this apartment is its large 16m² terrace, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands, as well as the kitesurf, windsurf and wingfoil spots! Just cross the street and you'll be on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, enjoying the many water sports available, or just relaxing with your feet in the water.
The residence, comprising just 6 units, is a friendly place, focused on the sea, well-being and gliding.
It features a fully-equipped gym (machines and yoga mats) with a sea view.
Rack storage for boards and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden at the rear of the building.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also at your disposal, as is a bike room.
Secure private parking is also available in the residence (reservation required, fee payable).

Appartement lag vlak aan zee, weg over en je kon heerlijk zwemmen. Terras goed georiënteerd qua bezonning en kijken naar de reuring.
Strandtenten in nabijheid.
Iets te lang lopen naar de bakker, wel goed voor de stappenteller.

Everything is nicely decorated, very big terrasse with a great view on the ocean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfy, the WIFI fast, the village offers everything needed by foot.
