The boat 'Barco As' in El Masnou is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, fan, as well as books and toys for children.
Laundry facilities are available at the port.
Enjoy sea views while relaxing on the terrace.
The train station is just 5 minutes away and offers direct connections to Barcelona and the airport.
There are beaches on both sides of the port offering various water activities.
Sailing trips of about 3 hours can be arranged for you to enjoy sunsets and the bay of Barcelona, available for guests at an extra charge.
Parking in the port is available for an extra fee, but free street parking is just 5 minutes from the boat.
You are required to remove your shoes before boarding the boat.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
The property does not have air conditioning.

La experiencia fue positiva. Sandra es muy simpática y fue muy buena anfitriona. El velero es muy lindo y cómodo, siempre teniendo en cuenta que la experiencia es diferente a la de un apartamento normal. Lo disfrutamos mucho.
Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes durante la estadía que serían más difíciles de repetirse en tierra firme, pero Sandra fue muy rápida para asistirnos y solucionarlos.

Nous avons passé une semaine à bord de ce superbe bâteau. Les enfants ont adoré cette expérience, et nous aussi. Sandra est une hôte parfaite et très sympathique.Le bâteau est tout confort et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Les douches/toilettes du port sont à deux pas ce qui est appréciab...
