The holiday apartment "T2 Avec Terrasse Vue Sur Me"r is located in Propriano and boasts a beautiful sea view.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people.
On-site amenities include a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. This holiday apartment offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from 9 am to 9 pm), an outdoor shower, and a tennis court.
Guests should be aware that beach balls and inflatable mattresses are not allowed in the pool. The property is located close to the beach and just 800 m from the town, with restaurants and evening entertainment in high season (July and August).
A casino store and crossroads are situated nearby, a boat rental is available at the port, and there is a possibility of arrival from Marseille by a CORSICA ferry. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed.
Owners should keep their pet away from the beds and the sofa at all times. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided, and bedlinen are available for a fee. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The property has a step-free interior. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
