The house is located in proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma, as well as many other tourist attractions and shops. The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining with glass-panelled doors that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking.
There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet. The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and a small area with a desk and wardrobe space.
The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Enjoy Palma and its many attractions! - the room upstairs needs curtains for the 3 small windows.- the shower on the first floor needs a shower head holder.- the television wasn’t connected to a receiver.- if you ask the guests not to leave garbage in the house, you should let them know where to leave it.

The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities you could wish for just a little note that there was a lot of steps up to the apartment and the bedrooms were on 3 floors which meant there was a lot of steps up to the top bedroom which gave us a bit of a task trying to get heavy cases up the stairs other than that it was a really good trip.
