Next to the large private pool (10 x 5 m), you'll find a comfortable chill-out area with a barbecue, bar, expansive garden, and several sun loungers.
The pool can be heated to 30ºC on request.
The 313 m² property is spread over two levels.
On the main floor, you'll find a large living-dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen with two fridges, and a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
A spacious porch offers stunning views of the sea, pool, and garden.
Air conditioning is available throughout the house.
Guests can also enjoy a private gym and sauna.
There are 5 bedrooms (for up to 12 guests), 3 full bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet.
There are 2 beds (180x200 cm) and 4 beds (160x200 cm).
Up to 2 extra beds can be requested, available for an extra fee.
