The 250 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 13 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a game console.
In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. The property is composed by: - The main house (140m2) with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (shower and WC) and living room with kitchen and dining space. - a separated house with bedrooms, shower room, toilets. - a 'Cottage' house with bedroom, bathroom and toilets. - a 'Stable' house with 2 ensuite bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room. This vacation rental offers a private heated pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and petanque court. The host recommends renting a bicycle at the Excideuil Rouffiac Nautical Base, playing golf at Essendiras and visiting the Lascaux cave, the Chateau de Hautefort castle and the Jumillac castle. 6 parking spaces are available on the property. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Le site est magnifique et la maison exceptionnelle et super propre. Tout est hyper fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Vous arrivez avec votre valise et vous vous posez.

Meteen een thuisgevoel door een warm ontvangst van de host. Het terras met een fenomenaal uitzicht geeft een waar waow gevoel. Het zwembad, de ping-pong, de BBQ, de pétanque alles is aanwezig om er een fijne vakantie van de maken met heerlijke aperitiefjes en familie momenten!
Voor de grote bezienswaardigheden of het winkelen is het wel even rijden maar er zijn ook veel kleine gezellige plaatsjes in de buurt.
