De omgeving
De buren onder het appartement zijn vaste bewoners en rokers. Van 's morgens bij het ontbijt ruik je de sigarettengeur tot 's avonds laat. Genieten van het terras zat er dus niet echt in. Hadden ze ook nog het idee om de BBQ aan te steken op hun terras, wat niet zonder gevolgen was voor het bovenlig...
