The 70 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office needs, a TV, and a washing machine. Enjoy relaxing evenings on your private terrace.
Within 50 to 100 meters, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops for daily needs.
Major employers in the area are about 10 minutes away.
Leisure options are varied: for example, unwind at the St. Leon-Rot Golf Club, just 15 minutes away.
Cities like Heidelberg or Schwetzingen can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes, and Walldorf is about 7 minutes away. During the Christmas season, from November 28 to December 21, the Christmas market takes place in the city center.
Please note there is no parking at the property itself due to its central location.

Guter Standort für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung von Heidelberg und im kleinen Odenwald.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der lebendigen Innenstadt. Restaurants und Kneipen ganz nah. Die Betten waren gut.

This was a wonderful place! We really enjoyed the incredibly close proximity to restaurants and other things. It was just really neat being right in the middle of the old part of town with super narrow streets and traditional architecture.
