The villa "Casa Rocas" is situated in Mijas, overlooks the nearby mountains, and creates a stylish and enjoyable setting for your stay.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 6 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair, and 2 additional foldable single beds can also be provided.
Moreover, there is a fireplace on site.
This villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. 2 parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Bringing pets, smoking, inviting unregistered guests, and celebrating events are not allowed.
Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 10 pm) and to turn off the air conditioning before leaving the property.

It was very hot outside but this was a villa we could easily spend plenty of time inside in and relax. Pool and pool table were great.
Just a bit too far to walk to town in the heat but good uber and taxi options. Driveway a little tight.

The peace and quiet, the pool the big kitchen and lots of communal areas where we all gathered every day. Also each bedroom distant enough to feel privacy.

Hele boligen er bare skønt og veludstyret , ligger i fredelige omgivelser , med fantastisk udsigt til bjerne og havet . Dejlig stor pool . Værterne er også super søde og nemme at komme i kontakt med .
