The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa offers a private outdoor space with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 5 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking, celebrating events and filming are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 11 pm and 9 am. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.
