The Villa Santa Croce represents the desire of anyone who wants to spend a stay in Sicily.
The luxurious structure , derived a careful renovation in a modern key , of the ancient Hunting Lodge of the Marquises of Ganzeria, is located in the middle of an estate of 20 hectares, former hunting reserve of the family.
The quietness of the place , the discreet elegance of the Villa , combined with every comfort , the proximity to inhabited centers , but also to the sea (less than 3 km) and its strategic location make it an ideal place to stay in Sicily.
The Villa is extended for 250 square meters all on the ground floor .Guests will have exclusive use of all the comforts of the Villa : private veranda and garden , swimming pool , tennis court , private and covered parking.
The large living room with kitchen dining and living room is the heart of the Villa .
Here you will spend the best moments in company , sitting at the table or comfortably relaxed on the sofas .
The television with satellite system , and stereo apparatus will make these moments even more enjoyable.
The spacious, covered outdoor veranda offers a large area directly on the garden for pleasant hours in the shade or summer dinners.
The View sweeps over the garden and the surrounding countryside.
There are six rooms: Brown: double with third bed , wardrobe room and en-suite private bathroom.
Beech : double with private bathroom en-suite Twin : twin with two single beds and private bathroom en-suite.
Mint : double with private en-suite bathroom.
Artemisia : minisuite with kitchen and dining area, double and 2-seater sofa bed and private bathroom in room.
Azalea : twin with 3rd and 4th extra bed with private bathroom in room All rooms are individually air-conditioned and heated The garden winds around the villa and welcomes the original essences such as bitter oranges, moon lemons, mulberries , figs, almonds and a monumental agave.
The pool in a discreet position is surrounded by a characteristic hedge of prickly pears, is 6*12 mt wide, and offers a large solarium equipped with sun beds and chairs.
A wonderful private tennis court, surrounded by trees and greenery, also completes the offer.
