The holiday home 'In Bordeaux, Air-Conditioned with Pool Table' is located in Le Bouscat and is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 100 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to six guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, two reversible heat pumps (one in the living room downstairs, one in the upstairs hallway) providing cooling throughout the house when bedroom doors are open, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and a game console.
A pool table is also available.
A baby cot is provided. Enjoy sunny days on the patio with a barbecue.
Public transport is within walking distance.
There are a few free parking spaces nearby, but availability is not guaranteed.
Street parking is free from Friday 7 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m. Paid parking is available 150 m from the house. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present but are deactivated when guests are on the premises. The property has a bicycle storage room.
Guidelines for waste sorting are provided, and water-saving devices have been installed.
Part of the electricity is generated by solar panels.
Convenient check-in is available.
The owners have a Golden Retriever dog. Normal use of all amenities is included.
