The holiday home 'In Bordeaux, Air-Conditioned with Pool Table' is located in Le Bouscat and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
The 100 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to six guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, washing machine, dryer, and a game console.
A pool table is also available.
A baby cot is provided. Enjoy the patio and barbecue—ideal for sunny days.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Free street parking is available nearby, but not guaranteed.
Parking is free on the street from Friday 7 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m. A parking lot is 150 m from the house. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on the premises but are disabled when guests are present. There is a bike storage room.
The property provides guidelines for proper waste sorting and has water-saving devices.
Electricity is partly generated by solar panels.
