This 45 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental offers a private garden that offers spectacular sea views and a covered terrace. Sciumara Beach is a short 5-minute walk from the property.
The center of Palau and the ferry port for la Maddalena is reachable within 600 to 700 m from the house.
A restaurant, a supermarket, and several bars are just 400 m away.
Olbia Port and Airport are 40 km from the property. A parking space is available on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Das Haus war sehr nett eingerichtet, alles da, was man so braucht. Vielleicht ohne großen schnick schnack, aber das wichtigste - sauber! :-)
Die Terrasse mit anschließendem kleinen Garten hatte einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer, jeden Abend konnte man den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Zu Fuß kommt man in etwa 10 Minuten zum Ort. Wer einen Urlaub in Palau plant, macht hier nichts falsch.
