There are three bedrooms, one located on the rooftop, offering uninterrupted views of Agia Pelagia Bay and access to a 50 m² terrace, perfect for sunbathing.
The villa comfortably accommodates 7–8 guests.
Use of the pool and barbecue is only possible if both Villa Melenia 1 & 2 are rented together by one family; otherwise, these amenities are not available.
The generous outdoor spaces and location just a few minutes’ walk from the main beach of Agia Pelagia are key advantages of this property.

Very well appointed villa, lots of space. Nice furnishings and everything you need. Good outdoor space. Bakery 6 mins walk, supermarket 10 mins and beach in 12 mins. Good restaurants and cheap prices, sunbeds (2) and parasol are 10 euros. Nice safe beach.

Ein Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen die zu Verfügung stehen. Wir haben die untere Etage bewohnt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieterin war sehr engagiert und zuvorkommend.
Ca 7 min Fußweg zum Strand und nur wenige Meter zu Fuß bis man diverse Lokalitäten erreicht, dennoch ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
