Located in Gafanha da Nazaré, the holiday home "Aveiro" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
This 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property offers a private outdoor space with a garden, terrace, and barbecue. Praia da Barra and Farol da Barra are reachable by car within 7 minutes, Jardim do Oudinot within 4 minutes by car, Costa Nova within 10 minutes, and the center of Aveiro within 12 minutes. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Check-in hours may be flexible (please enquire with the homeowner ahead of time). All guests must leave the garbage in the bins located on the main street. All guests must leave the dishes washed and properly arranged. The security cameras on the property are solely for security purposes and should not be tampered by guests under any circumstances.
