With 70 m², it accommodates up to 4 guests and features a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom.

The apartment was very good. All necessary amenities were available.

The apartment had everything one could wish. Also the host had provided some household goods like coffee and tea. The distance to the shore was 20 min walk and was very enjoyable.
There is quite some traffic in the early morning on work days

In der FeWo hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von Alu/Frischhaltefolie über Sekt/Weingläser genügend Pfannen und Töpfen etc. pp . Voll ausgestattete Küche👍🏼 geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Die Vermieterin war per whats App immer erreichbar. Netter Kontakt. TV hatte anfangs keine Internet-Verbindung. Kurzer Anruf , kleine Erklärung und alles hat geklappt.
Kleiner Tipp: aus dem Garten könnte man mehr machen, z.B. eine kleine Hecke pflanzen, dann ist es blickdicht. Eins zwei Sonnenliegen = perfekt 🤩

Alles in allem sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Wohnung in einer Vorstadt-Siedlung. Innenstadt mit 30 Minuten fusslaeufig erreichbar.Fehlende Küchen-Utensilien wurden uns noch am selben Abend nachgeliefert. Vermieter waren fuer Rueckfragen offen und sehr gut erreichbar.
Keine indirekten Lampen (Nachttischlampen, Wohnzimmer-Leuchten) vorhanden. Vermieter wollen unsere Anmerkung aber aufgreifen😀.
