The holiday home "Penalva Beach House", which is situated in Soltróia, overlooks the nearby lake.
The 400 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 14 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, heating as well as a washing machine.
Furthermore, a pool table is available on the property. 3 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also provided. The holiday home features a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. The property is located just 500 m from Soltróia Beach and a 15-minute drive from Comporta, where you will find grocery shops, a fishmonger, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, a petrol station and good restaurants.
Furthermore, Tróia (6 km away) offers a supermarket, a casino and restaurants. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
