Boasting a beautiful view of the lake, the holiday apartment "Haus Kaulitzki" is located in Wasserburg.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating, a washing machine, a table tennis table as well as children's books and toys.
Furthermore, an iron and an ironing board are available upon request.
Children's equipment is also provided for a fee. The apartment has a spacious private roof terrace overlooking the lake and mountains, where you can relax. The property is located just a 10-minute walk from Lake Constance and close to public transport links. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of one pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and parties are not allowed. A covered bicycle storage is available. Trips to Lake Constance with a professional fisherman can be organized upon request. The accommodation has guidelines to help guests with proper waste separation - more information is available on site. Water-saving features have been installed in this accommodation. Electricity in this accommodation is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. A free shuttle service to the train station is available upon request. Küche, Bad und Dachterrasse sind hervorragend und mit toller Aussicht. Urlaub mit Hund war problemlos, sehr nette Vermieter und Fischgeschäft (keine Geruchsbelästigung!) im Erdgeschoss (vom Vermieter). Man kann auch mit dem Fischer raus auf den Bodensee fahren.
Sehr zufrieden. Besser geht's nicht.

Die Wohnung war groß genug, sie war gut eingerichtet und super sauber.
Von der Dachterasse hat einen guten Rundumblick gehabt, den Blick vorbei an den Häusern konnte man den Bodensee sehen.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, fast schon familiär, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
