The holiday apartment "Next To The Trees and The Sea" boasts an excellent location close to the beach in Estoril.
The 54 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a laptop friendly workplace, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine and a selection of children's books and toys. 2 baby cots are also available. The property is set in Monte Estoril, a prestigious area close to beaches and famous for its manor houses, museums, restaurants, cafes, golf courses and tennis courts.
Public transport links are within walking distance. The property is located in an extremely calm place and, on the same street, there is the possibility to rent two more apartments. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
