Set within high, enclosing walls is Villa Tanyeli 2. This three-bedroom villa is a hidden gem in the center of Kalkan.
The interior is spacious and bright thanks to the large glass windows allowing as much light as possible to seep in. In the open-plan living space, you'll find the stylish corner sofa, dining facilities, and a modern fitted kitchen packed with all the essentials. Upstairs on the first floor, are two of the three bedrooms. This includes a spacious double room with an in-room whirlpool bath and a twin room. Head up one more floor to reach another double bedroom with access to the private roof terrace. All bedrooms have storage space and air-conditioning to ensure you have an easy-going and comfortable stay.
Outdoors the garden is extremely welcoming, feel at ease thanks to the high walls whilst you sunbathe in the lovely lawned garden. There's also a barbeque for you to enjoy a grill night and a swing seat ideal for relaxing with a cold drink.
When you're looking for entertainment options outside of the villa, you'll find all the action of the resort within walking distance. Don't miss out on trying the local cuisine and if you're daring enough watersports on offer at the beach.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140m wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with an additional lawn area. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 74cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide. Overall villa was very nice however had an issue with the additional bed I requested at a cost of almost £300 for 7 nights. When arrived was actually a baby's cost and totally unsuitable for a 6 year old. This was reported but not rectified so child had to sleep on sofa. This was extremely disappointing and has lowered my score for value for money and villa facilities.

The online description of this property is misleading. It is NOT in the centre of town, and doesn't have a sea view unless you are on the roof and 8ft tall.The area around the pool is not green grass. It is quite bare in places. The villa was large and very well equipped. The pool was impressive and the garden area provided a great range of seating The villa had excellent air con - needed as the temp each day exceeded 30 degrees. The top floor was slightly odd with its low ceilings and door heights - but this was a very minor issue as we used the main bedroom on the middle floor
