The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 9 people.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available, and the beds can be arranged as single or double upon request. This property boasts a private outdoor space with a garden, a terrace, and a balcony. The chalet is situated 10 minutes from a supermarket and other essential services.
It takes 30 minutes to get to the local skiing and excursion facilities in Aosta Pré-Saint-Didier.
Thermal Baths, Courmayeur, and Skyway can be reached in 40 minutes. 3 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted on this property. Air conditioning is not available. Guests should be aware that the cellphone signal is not sufficient on the majority of this property except the common area.
