In Avola, the villa 'Raffa' is conveniently located close to the beach and boasts a sea view.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from the beginning of May to the end of October), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 3 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The pool is not available from November to April. The property is only 3.6 km from Lido di Noto and 3.8 km from Tonnara di Avola.
It is 9 km from Noto, 13 km from Fontane Bianche and 16 km from the Cavagrande Lakes.
It is also near to Marzamemi (26 km), Syracuse (38 km) and Catania Fontanarossa Airport (88 km). Free parking is available on the street and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
