Located in Königsberg in Bavaria, the bright and open-plan vacation apartment "Fernblick" offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The 40 m² accommodation with great private roof terrace invites you to relax.
It has a bathroom with shower, 1 open-plan bedroom with comfortable box-spring bed, a loft with further sleeping possibility, as well as a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment thus offers space for up to 3 people. The equipment also includes WLAN (suitable for video calls), a workstation for home office, a Smart TV with streaming services, underfloor heating and a fan. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge once per stay. Free parking is sufficiently available on the street.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Franconia has much to offer.
Cycling, hiking or a city visit.
Excursion destinations such as the beer city of Bamberg, Würzburg, Coburg and Bayreuth can be reached quickly by car and public transport. The accommodation is located 4 km from a swimming lake, public transport is within walking distance. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. This accommodation has policies to help guests with proper waste separation - more information is available on site. This accommodation has light and water saving facilities. Electricity in this accommodation is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. The accommodation is energy renovated, sustainable materials were used for insulation.
