Located in Lauterach, the freshly-renovated holiday apartment "Lauterach" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.
A typical tiled stove oven is to be found in the apartment. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Nearby recommendations include the Bregenz Festival, the city of Bregenz and its forest, Lindau, Lake Constance (8 minutes away), Sankt Gallen, and a visit to Liechtenstein.
The ski resort of Bödele is just 20 minutes away and the ski resort of Bregenzer Wald can be reached within 40 minutes. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house and a vehicle charging station is 2 minutes away. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Smoking in the accommodation and events are not allowed. Pets can be brought by arrangement, please contact the host in advance here. The accommodation offers its own honey for sale. The accommodation has a storage room for motorbike and bicycle. This accommodation has recycling guidelines.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Die Kachelöfen machen das ganze sehr gemütlich.
Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweiligem Bad.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel 150 m entfernt. Für 2 Paare super, da separate Bäder bei den Schlafzimmern sind und zusätzlich noch eine Toilette! Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße/Kreuzung hat jedoch prima Schallschutz Fenster. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles bestens!
