Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday apartment "Devvine Beach and Golf" is located in Alvor.
This 92 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable and satellite TV with Netflix (guests need to use their personal account), a decorative fireplace, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes 2 balconies.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, a children's pool, a playground and an outdoor shower. A guestbook with all the homeowner's recommendations in the area is available at the property.
The homeowner also offers the possibility of organizing sailing trips.
Watersports are very popular in the region during the summer months. Free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
