The area offers plenty: Schlick 2000 cable cars, the Mieders Alpine Slide (summer toboggan run), and the pools and sauna at Stubay.

Public transport is within walking distance. Each apartment has a covered parking space with a shared charging station, available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed from April to October (house rules apply) for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted.
