Located in Avola, the villa "Gli Ulivi" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open between mid-May and the end of October), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. A bowling green, a tennis court, and a five-a-side football pitch are also available for your private use. Enjoy wonderful sea views while sipping an evening glass of wine! The property is located 3 km from the Cavagrande lakes, 10 km from the beach of Avola, 18 km from Fontane Bianche, 22 km from the nature reserve of Vendicari, 26 km from Palazzolo Acreide, 36 km from Marzamemi, and 36 km from Siracusa 5 parking spaces are available on the property. One small pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Vi nød den fantastiske udsigt og alle aktiviteterne (pool, petanque, bordtennis, bordfodbold, tennis).
Kommunikationen med udlejer var upåklagelig! Udlejer er yderst imødekommende og hjælpsom med alt!
Køkkenet rummer alle nødvendige faciliteter.
Poolen blev renset to gange i løbet af ugen, og ved di...
Huset var meget koldt ved ankomst (især gulvene). Det tog flere dage at hæve temperaturen, da der kun er varmepumper på værelserne, så vi tændte også op i pejsen i stuen om aftenen. Vores besøg var i oktober, så temperaturen udenfor var jo ikke så varm som om sommeren, hvilket nok også havde en bety...

The property sits high above Avola and is reached through a winding Road, but the View is amazing and the garden or better park is stunning with own tennis court and swimming Pool. The House is somehow 50s Style, but very Clean and tidy. The hosts are very helpful
