The townhouse Finca Maria is located in a quiet side street on the outskirts of Santanyi.
Parking in front of the house, distance to the airport: 42km. The house has 3 bedrooms and an additional sofa bed for 2 people, so that 8 adults can be accommodated comfortably.
A baby crib and high chair are available for younger guests.
There are 2 large, spacious bathrooms with shower and WC, hairdryer and towels, one on the first floor and the other on the first floor.
There is also a guest WC with shower on the first floor.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge is available to guests.
There is another large fridge in the conservatory.
The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The accommodation also offers plenty of indoor seating, as well as 3 televisions, board games, high-speed WiFi, cable and satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped. There are 8 sun loungers and 3 umbrellas around the large pool.
There are also several seating areas with a table and additional umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
There is also a large terrace on the upper floor.
The town center with many restaurants is within walking distance.
Various beautiful beaches are only a few kilometers away. Guests under 30 years of age are not allowed in the house. Noisy parties or events are strictly forbidden in the house. Music or loud noises must stop at 22h .
