With a view of the mountain, the holiday home "Ca La Francina" in La Torre de l'Espanyol is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 160 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and 3 balconies. The municipal swimming pool is just 300 m from the property. 2 parking spaces are available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise. External guests who are not included in the reservation are not admitted. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels.
