Upstairs, 1 bedroom (1 double bed of 160) and 2nd bedroom (2 single beds of 90), shower room with wc.
Garden in front and behind the house with terrace and garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the garden path.
All comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso coffee maker, electric fryer, iron and ironing board,hair dryer, bed and high chair for BB.
Opposite the tennis courts, 100 m from the equestrian center (for horseback riding), for cycling and hiking enthusiasts, Vélo-route and GR 34 (former customs path along the coast) nearby. 5 kms from Fort-Lalatte (remarkable castle) and Cap Fréhel (bird sanctuary), 10 kms from Erquy (embarkation for the island of Bréhat) and Saint-Cast le guildo, 30 mins from the medieval town of Dinan , 45 mins from the Pink Granite Coast, and St Malo, 1 hour from Mont-Saint-Michel.

The Cap Fréhel area is a really nice for a relaxed summer holiday. We had great weather and enjoyed walking to the beach and around the whole Cap. If you are into horse riding then this spot is even more perfect.
