The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. One of the bedrooms is adapted to children, the bed has a structure with barriers. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. An elevator is available in the building. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
