The chalet 'Ca La Rosalia' is located in Aiguaviva (El Montmell) and overlooks the mountains.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 7 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot (for a fee) and a high chair are also available.
For reservations of 2 people, the ground floor and the ground floor room with its bathroom will be opened, as well as the first floor bathroom, the kitchen and the outdoor areas. For reservations of 4 to 6 people, the ground floor will be opened with its rooms and bathroom, as well as the first floor bathroom, the kitchen and the outdoor areas. For reservations of more than 6 people, the entire house will be opened. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and a fenced pool.
The pool is not always available (ask the homeowner). An Agrostore, monasteries, routes of interest, and Picos are in the surroundings.
You can also eat Catalan sausages. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and noise after 10 pm are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Breakfast is available upon request for a fee. Beach/pool towels are provided for a fee. The house has its own Netflix and HBO account for the use of clients. Horseback riding, guided tours, home shopping, meals, and a pick-up at the airport/train station are available for a fee. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
