This reformed villa has its own private pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area and is located in the quiet village of El Carmoli. it is just 5km from Los Alcazares with the beach just a 5 minute walk from the villa.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, large open-plan kitchen all on one ground level.
The outside areas have artificial grass with sun beds, chill out sofas and outdoor dining area with BBQ along with a grassed children's play area.
The villa also has a roof terrace so you can enjoy all day sun at the villa.
There is parking at the front of the villa which is in a quiet street. El Carmoli is a small village located on the side of a mountain that was formed over 7 million years ago by a volcano.
It is part of Los Urrutias and Punto Bravo.
The village has a great all year round restaurant and in the summer months has a chill out bar with live music.
The town of Los Alcazares is not far away where you have many bars and restaurants for all tastes, water sports, weekly market, long sandy beaches and a marina.

Todo. La casa, piscina, y la comodidad de tenerlo todo en planta baja.
El baño de la habitación principal, no hay espacio en el inodoro suficiente. Quizá la presión del agua de la ducha. Hubiera deseado el agua un poco mas caliente.
Pachtige villa, mooie verlichting. Service was ook geweldig.
