This two-story house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to five guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three smart TVs, heating, and air conditioning.
The highlight is the private outdoor area with a heated pool (usable from 23.03. to 31.10.), garden, two open terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Please note: In April and October, pool water temperature is max. about 20°C.
For warmer swimming, we recommend visiting between May and September.
Stephansplatz, the main train station, and the City Air Terminal with trains to the airport are reachable by public transport in about 25 minutes.
Parking is available on the property, and street parking is also possible.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed for an extra fee.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving features.
The local tax in Vienna is calculated as a percentage of the accommodation cost and must be paid on site.

Im Winter ist der Pool leider aus Kältegründen geschlossen; doch das Haus an sich mit dem Garten, der Dachterasse und der schnellen Anbindung in die Wiener Innenstadt machen den Aufenthalt ganz besonders. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war effizient und freundlich. Die Bettmatratzen sind zwar ein wenig hart, doch entsprachen sie genau meiner Präferenz.

Check-In unkompliziert und sehr schnell durchgeführt. Gastgeber konnte immer schnell und zuverlässig kontaktiert werden. Lage ideal wenn man mit dem Auto kommt und das Stadtzentrum kann man in 10 Minuten erreichen und Wien super erkunden. Perfekter geht ein Aufenthalt einfach nicht.
