Located in San Vincenzo, the farmhouse 'Antichi Palmenti - Rosmarino' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, and air conditioning.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided (subject to availability, to be confirmed with the host before arrival). Your private outdoor area includes a barbecue.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and an outdoor shower (shared with the other guests).
Please keep pets on a leash in the outdoor areas. Public transport links are located within walking distance.
The nearest dog-friendly beach is 4 km from the property. A parking space is available on the property.
Free pass to park in the parking lot of Rimigliano Beach.
Families with children are welcome.
An emergency kit and fire extinguisher are shared with the other apartments.
A maximum of 4 pets are allowed for a fee and the price is the same whether guests bring 1 pet or 4.

L'accoglienza dell'ospitante. L'appartamento completamente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort. L'uliveto e la pineta interna alla proprietà dove è stato possibile fare delle passeggiate. Il tavolo sotto il gazebo in giardino dove abbiamo potuto passare momenti di relax. Il parcheggio sotto una tettoi...

Diana war sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment war schön groß und alles war da, was man brauchte zum Beispiel auch eine Klimaanlage.
Gegenüber der Unterkunft gibt es eine schöne Pizzeria mit guter Pizza. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
Das selbstproduzierte Olivenöl ist außerdem super lecker!
