The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include a TV. The mobile home also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool, a children's pool and a tennis court. Recommended places nearby include Les Chantiers de Saint-Nazaire and the Bay of Le Pouliguen.
The location is ideal, as the beach is only 300 m away. A parking space is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
