Between May and October, the nearby quarry operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on Sundays and public holidays when no work takes place.
This is expected to continue from 2026 to 2029. During these periods, you may hear work-related noise during the day. In the evenings, at night, and outside of these times, the area is peaceful. The "Pardellerhof Schlernblick" apartment in Fié allo Sciliar/Völs am Schlern is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The 50 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to four guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace for home office, heating, and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The highlight is the private balcony.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and playground. Parking is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
A breakfast basket can be provided upon request for an extra fee. The property offers homemade products.
Guidelines for proper waste separation will be explained on site.

The view
Since guests arrive quite late, it would be helpful if the host could offer some food for a fee. This is just a suggestion.

Wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Schlern. Frühstück auf dem Balkon begleitet vom Kuckuck und dem Blöken der Schafe und Klingeln der Glöckchen. Versorgung durch Brötchenservice und frische Eier. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
