In Nerja, the holiday apartment "Nautica 1" offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea.
This 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite TV with streaming services, air conditioning throughout the whole property as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided for a fee. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing breakfast for your family! Nearby recommendations include the beaches and caves of Nerja, and Maro Beach. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Airport transfers are possible for a fee. Silence must be respected from midnight to 8 am. An elevator is available in the building.
