Located in Imperia, the holiday apartment Ca dei Tati offers you a wonderful view of the Ligurian Sea.
The property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a sofa bed for 2 people, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, which features a hot tub, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Use of the hot tub requires reservation and is available year-round; in winter it is heated to 40°C.
The jacuzzi can be used daily from 10:00 to 21:00.
If the jacuzzi is not used according to the rules indicated in the house and at the entrance, an additional fee may be charged for cleaning and water replacement.

La maison est très bien située sur les hauteurs d'Imperia, le jardin est magnifique, la maison joliment décorée et très bien équipée, le jacuzzi est formidable !
Notre hôte, Anna, est top disponible et de bons conseils, les tomates du jardin un vrai délice !
Notre séjour parfait ! Excellent !

Questa casa pare quasi una villetta.. è bellissima, gode di un’ottima posizione, tranquilla e fuori dal caos urbano, a due passi dalla splendida Villa Grock, a pochi minuti in auto dal mare.
I suoi punti forti sono il grande verde giardino fiorito con il deor esterno, la vasca idromassaggio, il parc...
Le zanzare!
Consiglio: in estate munirsi di lozioni anti-zanzare e spruzzare sotto il deor un bel po‘ di repellente prima di sostarvi.
