This fabulous detached villa for max. 5 persons is situated on a corner plot, close to the main boulevard of Mazarrón Country Club.
It has a modern living room with Smart TV (Netflix-fans can watch their favorite movies and series) and a log burner which makes the villa perfect for long-term winter stays.
There are three good-sized bedrooms with ample closet space: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, water kettle and Senseo coffee maker.
Bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
There are three air condition units to keep the villa cold in the summer heat.
You can enjoy a private, well-maintained free-form swimming pool and a hot tub for 4 persons (available only from November - April).
There is a tiled garden with desert plants and a lovely roofed outside kitchen with gas barbecue, dining area and a washing machine.
Please note that the following costs must be paid on site: - final cleaning - aircondition
