Welcome to a unique home built on the actual rock by the sea, right where the famous "Takis" boatyard once stood.
As a native of Tinos, I’ve designed this house to reflect the authentic island lifestyle—preserving the traditional charm while offering the essential comforts of modern living.
My goal is to give every guest an unforgettable experience to take back home.
Please keep in mind: being built directly on the rock by the water, the house is naturally exposed to humidity and the elements that come with living so close to the sea.
This adds to the atmosphere and character of the place—and is part of what makes staying here a truly unique, off-the-grid experience.
The Patio The patio’s “width” is literally the distance between the house and the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean Sea.
It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a long lunch in the sea breeze or sip a drink as the magical Tinos sun sets before you.
The Space This seafront home features: A full sea view 1 Double bed A fully equipped kitchen A cozy sitting area and wooden deck, styled after traditional fisherman homes, with a warm wooden floor.
A bathroom with hot running water (please ask the host how to turn it on) There is no air conditioning, as the house is built into the rock, which naturally keeps it cool.
A standing fan is available if needed.
Please note: No Wi-Fi No TV The first and second floors are rented separately

Posizione meravigliosa, praticamente nel mare.
Con lo spirito di adattamento giusto è davvero un'esperienza unica.
Relax assicurato.
Non adatto a chi desidera una vacanza all'insegna del comfort e dei servizi di una struttura alberghiera
Acqua calda e fredda non regolabile (calda se riscaldata dal sole)
Da migliorare il letto.

Per chi è amante del mare e di un po’ di tranquilla’ e il posto perfetto!
La casa è davvero bellissima sempre per chi ha spirito di adattamento insomma ti deve piacere
L’unica cosa che non a dava bene era il letto scomodissimo abbiamo sofferto il mal di schiena
Le paradis sur terre est ici 😍
