Situated in Gafanha da Encarnação, the holiday home Casa dos Afectos is just a short walk from the beach.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Only the ground floor is rented to guests.
Although the first floor is empty, guests do not have access to it.

Costa Nova is a beautiful part of the world and this house is perfectly positioned to enjoy Costa Nova and the coast. Excelkent communication from host, offered support amd help with excursions and ideas of things to do. Always checked in with us to check we were all ok.

Séjour atypique et très agréable dans une maison en bois très singulière et très bien située. Terrasse très agréable, hôtesse très sympathique et réactive. L’ancienneté de la maison lui donne un charme fou même si le confort en est un peu altéré. Attention cependant au confort de la literie !
