The villa "Sardinia Villa Torre delle Stelle" is situated in Torre Delle Stelle and overlooks the nearby sea.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for 2 people each, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 14 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Your furnished private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a garden. The property is set 450 m from the local beach.
The nearby supermarket can be reached in 10 walking minutes.
Recommended destinations include Il Saraceno restaurant and Palmira (both 5 min by car from the villa) as well as Cagliari city (30 min by car). 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. A weekly change of bedlinen can be provided (for a fee). Airport transfer is available. For guests checking in late, it is possible to arrange the delivery of groceries from a customized shopping list. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
