The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The house features a secluded garden with a seating area, perfect for enjoying quiet mornings. The location is very convenient: the house is just around the corner from Piazzale Verdi, where you will find the bus station and a tourist information point.
Lucca Cathedral is 750 metres away, Pisa is 18 km away, and Versilia is 25 km away.
A private parking space is available inside the gate. Pets are not allowed and smoking or parties are not permitted.
You are kindly asked to remove your shoes at the entrance to protect the parquet floor; disposable slippers are provided.
The property is step-free and therefore accessible.
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is available for an extra fee.
