Rousa is a charming guesthouse in the heart of Oberrasen, nestled in the beautiful Antholz Valley.
Here, a traditional farmhouse meets creative design and a cozy atmosphere. The “Cosy Plus” mini-apartment on the first floor is about 20 m² and features a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, and safe.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, a filter coffee maker, and Italian moka pot. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, towels, and hand soap. Enjoy the lovely balcony or relax in the small courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge, both free for you to use. Breakfast is served daily in the unique parlor on the ground floor.
This inviting room is also perfect for relaxing during the day or evening with books, card and board games, and a small honesty bar. Final cleaning is included; for stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is also provided.
Laundry service is available for an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed. Free parking is available nearby; two spaces at the house can be reserved for an extra charge. Free bus and train rides throughout South Tyrol are included, with a bus stop right next door.
A child’s table is available free of charge; a baby cot can be provided for an extra charge. In winter, you have access to a ski room with boot and glove dryer, plus a free ski bus to Kronplatz. Popular destinations include Lake Antholz, Lake Braies, and the Three Peaks. Sustainability highlights: natural wood floors, district heating, LED lighting, heat recovery, and a seasonal, regional breakfast.

Beautiful location in a peaceful valley surrounded by mountains. Room was clean and well appointed for space. Everything seemed new. The host was superbly kind, thoughtful and attentive. The included breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommend.
