This modern penthouse apartment in the Duna Beach I residence was first occupied by the owners in April 2022. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment is easily accessible via elevator directly from the underground parking garage.

Together with the balconies, the outdoor spaces provide around 85 m² to relax and enjoy outdoor living.
