The holiday home "Maison Menorca", which is situated in Arenal d'en Castell, overlooks the Balearic Sea.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from 9 am to 9 pm) and a children's pool, is also available for your use.
The property is situated just a short drive from a water park.
Furthermore, a playground, a shopping centre, restaurants, a car rental, a pharmacy, public transport links, a medical centre and supermarkets are located nearby.
There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

La casa es genial. La comunidad está muy bien cuidada y tiene una piscina de muy buen tamaño. Además tiene también una piscina para niños, muy adecuada para los mas pequeños. La casa está muy bien equipada y las fotos muestran muy bien el estado inmaculado de la misma. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido muy ágil en todo momento. Volveremos!
