Boasting a beautiful view of the Atlantic, the holiday home 'Panoramic Ocean View' is located in Playa del Inglés.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please respect the quiet times during the night between 22:00 and 9:00, and in the afternoon from 13:00 to 15:00. It is forbidden to hang towels on balcony railings. Beach/pool towels are provided.
The host also provides 4 private sun loungers by the pool, which must be put away after use. This property has light and water-saving features.
