Villa "Tauro 31" offers beautiful views of the Atlantic and is located in Mogán. Spread over 3 floors, the property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a ping-pong table.
A cot and high chair are available for families with young children. The private, well-equipped outdoor area features a pool (3.5 m wide x 8 m long, 1.5 m deep), which can be heated for an extra fee. Pool temperature ranges from 24 to 26°C depending on weather.
There is also a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, and table tennis court. The property is 1 km from the beach, 1.5 km from a supermarket, 4.5 km from a golf course, and 5 km from a hospital.
The airport is 50 km away.
Free street parking and 2 garage spaces are available.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet up to 3 kg is allowed for an extra fee. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. A security deposit is required before arrival. Smoking indoors, unregistered guests, and events are not allowed.

Spacious villa with everything you could need for your stay. The villa is so big with plenty of space indoors and outside for a large family or group. Great air con, clean and modern and just a short drive to beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Thankyou for everything.
