The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets and can accommodate 8 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher.
A table tennis table is also available on the property.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided. Your well-equipped private outdoor area includes a pool (which can be heated for a daily fee.
The temperature provided ranges between 24 and 26 degrees depending on atmospheric conditions), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. This property is set 1 km from the beach, 1.5 km from a supermarket, 4.5 km from a golf course and 5 km from a hospital.
The distance to the airport is 50 km. Free parking is available on the street and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Only 1 pet up to max 3 kg is allowed for an extra fee. Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night. A security deposit must be paid before arrival.
